Serve

"Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

-Mark 20:28

We serve because He first served us. As a believer, it is part of our calling to serve the local church and our community. Here at FBC Tomball, there are plenty of opportunities to serve the local church. Check out some of those opportunities here, and don't hesitate to get in touch with the minister or ministry coordinator to get plugged in!

connect

Welcome. Connect. Engage. The connect team exists to welcome our guests, connect others to the God who loves them, and engage the local church. Whether it's greeting, ushering, or serving coffee, there's an opportunity to serve no matter your gifting. Contact Amy Peryam or Steve Byrd to get more information.

kidz serve     Serving with our Kidz is an incredible opportunity to teach the next generation of leaders. Teaching on a Sunday morning or Wednesday night is a great place to get connected at FBC Tomball. For more information, conatact Kristi Goodman
media     Serving on the media team is so much more than running a camera or changing slides. Media is the backbone of our service and without our media volunteers, we can't run a service. No experience required! If you would like to learn how to get involved with the media team, contact Josh Sebren.
students     First Baptist Tomball Students is one of the easiest ways to pour into the next generation of leaders. Serving with students could look like leading a small group on Sundays, serving during events, or helping support during outreach. For more information, contact Cody Hill.
wee school serve button     WEE School is our Weekly Education preschool. We offer many learning opportunities in a loving, Christian environment that help meet the developmental needs of children while preparing them for Kindergarten and beyond. There are opportunities to read books to the students, prepare curriculum, or even join the staff. For more information, contact Julie Forsythe.
