The membership reserves the exclusive right to determine
who shall be members of this church and the conditions of
such membership.

Section 1.  Application for membership

Any person may offer himself as a candidate for
membership in this church.  All such candidates shall be
presented to the church at any worship service for
membership in any of the following ways:

1. By profession of faith and for baptism.
2. For baptism from a church of another faith.
3. By promise of letter from another church of like faith and order.
4. By statement of prior membership in a church of like
   faith and order when no letter is obtainable.
